North Central has received two reports of a caller saying they are from NCACU and that their card has been frozen for fraudulent purposes. The caller asks the recipient to confirm their card number and PIN. Remember—WE WILL NEVER CALL YOU AND ASK FOR YOUR CARD NUMBER OR PIN. Please do NOT give out your information. If you already have, please call us or after hours call the number on the back of your card and close the account immediately. You can always detect fraud when they ask you to give your account number. WE HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT number. Tis the season! Be diligent in fraud prevention!!
