A Gentle Reminder to Enroll in eNotices.

NCACU has moved towards a more streamlined, secure, and environmentally friendly way of communicating and managing your financial information. On March 1, 2024, we transitioned to electronic Notices (eNotices), complementing our eStatements service. This change is part of our broader effort to enhance your banking experience, ensuring you receive timely updates, alerts, and essential information directly through your email and Online Banking messages.

Have You Made the Switch?

If you haven’t already transitioned to eNotices, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. This switch is crucial, especially since we have discontinued mailing printed notices if an email address is on file. The decision aims to simplify our communication process and eliminate the confusion and delays associated with postal mail.

Why eNotices?

  • Speed: With eNotices, you receive notifications instantly, eliminating the wait time associated with traditional mail.
  • Eco-Friendly: Transitioning to electronic notices significantly reduces paper usage, aligning with our commitment to protect the environment.
  • Security: Digital delivery minimizes the risks of mail fraud and identity theft, safeguarding your sensitive information.

Guard Against Fraudsters

Choosing eNotices reduces the chance of your important information getting stolen—but that’s not all. It also helps you fight back against fraudsters and phishing scams. While scammers continue to look for new ways to trick people into sharing their personal and financial details, eNotices add another layer of protection.

With eNotices, you receive immediate updates about your account so you can spot unauthorized transactions instantly. This quick notification means you can act fast to keep your account safe. Spotting and addressing the transaction fast is key to staying safe from scammers and keeping your money secure.

Please remember never to share any personal information when solicited, and avoid clicking on links or providing information through text, email, or phone calls. If you’re ever uncertain, please don’t hesitate to contact our Service Center directly.

Enrolling is Easy

If you haven’t enrolled in eNotices yet, there’s no need to worry. The process is straightforward and can be completed via your Online Banking portal. Enrolling ensures you receive all necessary information about your account without delay or risk.
