Endorsement Requirements for Mobile Deposits
Due to updated banking regulations, all checks deposited via mobile services must include the following handwritten endorsement: “For Mobile Deposit at NCACU Only”
This must be written legibly below your signature in the endorsement area on the back of the check. Deposits may be rejected if this requirement is not met.
Important Notes:
- Preprinted mobile deposit checkboxes on some checks do not satisfy the endorsement requirement. The handwritten phrase “For Mobile Deposit at NCACU Only” is still mandatory.
- Checks deposited without a signature or the required endorsement may be rejected.
