Card Conversion: What You Need to Know
We’re upgrading our cards! Both credit and debit cards will be moving to Visa with a fresh new look, added features, and enhanced security.

All Cards Are Moving to Visa
- Both debit and credit cards will become Visa.
- Your current card will stop working after the conversion date listed above.
Note: All recurring payments using a card number will need to be updated with new cards.
When Will I Get My New Card?
- New Visa cards will be mailed about 3 weeks before your card converts.
- You must activate your new card before you can use it.
- Once activated, you can start using your new Visa card right away.
How to Activate Your New Card- Activate as soon as your new card arrives.
Call 866-762-0558 (also printed on the label on your new card).
What to expect during activation
- Your card number will change
- Your PIN will change
- You’ll set your PIN during activation (no PIN mailers will be sent).
- You may choose the same PIN you used before.
Tip for smoother activation- Please call from the primary phone number on the account.
Important: Your old card will stop working on the conversion date, even if you haven’t activated the new one.

Your new Visa card includes:
- Contactless Tap-to-Pay
- Digital Wallet compatibility (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Wallet, and more)
- Enhanced security, including Visa Zero Liability Protection
- Real-time fraud monitoring
- Global acceptance—Visa is accepted at more places worldwide
- Early reissue for expiring cards: After conversion, expiring cards will be reissued one month early
- Updated card design: Printed card numbers (no more embossing that can rub off)
Rewards Credit Card Update (ScoreCard → AmpliFI)
- ScoreCard rewards will end on March 20, 2026
- Redeeming points at merchants ends March 22, 2026
- You can redeem remaining points until May 20, 2026 (website and phone only)

After May 20, 2026, unused points will expire and the ScoreCard website will close.
Our new credit card rewards program, AmpliFI, begins March 23, 2026 with your new Visa credit cards.
