NCACU March Madness: Shoot Your Shot
March 1 – March 29, 2024
Stop by any branch office and enter the North Central Area Credit Union (NCACU) ‘Shoot Your Shot’ contest. To qualify, please share an NCACU product or service you want to learn more about during your visit.
Contest RULES:
- Share a product or service you want to learn more about during a branch visit. It can be any NCACU product or service, including saving products, loans, or other services offered by NCACU.
- You will receive one entry (draw slip) into the contest per visit. Each draw slip completed in the branch (or mailed) will count as one entry with one entry per visit.
- By entering the contest, you agree to be contacted by phone or email. You may enter the contest each time you visit the branch or mail in an entry.
- A loan officer will review ‘Shoot Your Shot’ contest entries to see if NCACU can assist in making your financial dreams a reality.
- By entering the contest, you agree to be contacted by NCACU by phone or email. You may enter the contest each time you visit the branch, or you can mail in an entry.
- It is understood that NCACU may use any Entrant’s photo in its advertising, marketing, and promotional endeavors.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase the Entrant’s chance of winning.
- ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: Please mail to NCACU, P.O. Box 817, Houghton Lake, MI 48629. Include your name, address, phone, email address, and the financial product you would like information on.
- Entry Deadline: All Entries must be received by 4:00 pm EST on the contest deadline day, March 28, 2024. The five (5) winners will be notified by phone or email on March 29, 2024.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Winners will hold NCACU, affiliated companies, and employees harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the promotion.
Standard Photo (Or “Likeness) Consent:
- By participating in the Contest, the Entrant automatically agrees to have their name and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Promotion without additional financial or other compensation.
- Entrants waive all rights of inspection and approval.
- Entrants release NCACU and its affiliates and their successors and assigns from any and all liability.
- Winners will be posted on Facebook. Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with, Facebook or any other entity except NCACU.
Eligibility Restrictions:
- NCACU employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win.
- Entrant will receive an entry with every branch visit and service lead provided (based on offering a product or service).
- NCACU will reject and delete any entry it discovers as false or fraudulent.
- Void where prohibited.
Selection of Winner:
- One (1) winner per branch will be selected from all eligible entries received on the selected prize giveaway day.
- The decisions NCACU makes regarding the promotion are final.
Conditions:
- Description and Value of the Prize: A basket filled with NCACU items for the March Madness NCAA Tournament. There is no cash value and no substitutions.
- Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received.
- All drawing decisions will be made at NCACU’s sole and absolute discretion. NCACU, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.
- Payments of all federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
- NCACU is not responsible for the cancellation of prize events and will not offer rain checks, refunds, or alternative event dates.
- NCACU reserves the right to terminate or modify the contest in any such situation.
- Prizes not claimed after five days will be re-drawn.
- NCACU is not responsible for lost or damaged entries and/or circumstances beyond our control.
