Our Hours Are Changing!

Effective July 1, 2023

Like every other business, NCACU has had to evaluate lobby and drive-thru hours since the pandemic changed the way people do business.  Most members are now doing their banking electronically–using our Mobile App, Website, Remote Deposit Capture, and the ATMs.

Lobby/Drive Thru traffic has significantly dropped, and it no longer makes sense to operate extended branch hours.  This change also allows our staff to enjoy weekends with their families, which makes it easier for us to hire and keep good employees.  So for NCACU, this is a win-win.

New Phone Hours:

While we are reducing days/hours of Lobby and Drive -Thru, we are ADDING hours through the Service Center.  Now calls will be answered from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.  We are excited to offer this convenience as it has been the most requested service for several years!

Our staff is happy to assist you in setting up any of our electronic options.  The truth is, you don’t really WANT to go to the credit union on Saturday either!

How can I get cash if the Lobby is Closed?

You can use our branch ATMs (or ATMs across the state and country–text the zip code of your location to #91989 for the nearest fee-free ATMs) for cash.  Your NCACU Debit card or ATM card will work in the ATM, and you can also use the cash-back option with your Debit card and PIN at many point-of-sale locations.  Watch for fees charged by the retailer for this service.  If you don’t have a PIN number for your Debit card, you can order one by calling the Service Center at (989) 910-5135.
